Session Description: As the planning and preparation for FRCP Rule 26(f) mandated “Meet and Confer” conferences continues to be a major topic of interest for both law firm and corporate legal professionals, it is increasingly important for e-discovery practitioners to fully understand how to translate an understanding of “Meet and Confer” into practical execution. During this session, electronic discovery expert Ronda Raymond of Orange Legal Technologies will share an overview of Rule 26(f) and provide definitions, examples, checklists and timelines to help e-discovery professionals increase in their knowledge and understanding of “Meet and Confer.”
