OneO® Project Manager

Reports To: Director of Client Services

Position Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and guiding them through all phases of business including but not limited to database consulting, workflow management, eDiscovery processing, quality control, database analytics, database review, and production. This role is critical and serves as the central point of contact for clients and for project teams as related to any given project. Client Services is a key component as the Project Manager interacts with clients and generally operates within strict timeframes for project completion. A Project Manager must exhibit a high level of professionalism and communicate well with both technical and non-technical resources. A Project Manager will also consult with and train clients on the functionality of the OneO Analytics and OneO Review applications as necessary to satisfy client’s needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning and communicating project requirements and deadlines.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned project from inception to production to ensure project progresses on schedule.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal and external clients as it pertains to electronic discovery and online database management.
  • Communicate and consult with clients on best practices and methodologies for document review workflow, and document management.
  • Communicate and consult with clients on best practices and methodologies for smart and cost effective collections of data and the filtering/culling of data.
  • Draft, update, and maintain project documentation such as Statements of Work and project cost estimates.
  • Responsible for tracking all aspects of assigned projects and maintaining accurate data for billing purposes.
  • Support Sales in product demonstrations, explanation of technical issues with clients.
  • Support clients in trainings and best practices for practical application and use of OneO.
  • Conduct behavior in a professional, services oriented manner, consistent with normal business practices.
  • Adhere to all OrangeLT policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Experience with project management, customer service, legal and other Litigation Support industries.
  • Knowledge of Litigation Support industry software and/or working knowledge of databases such as Summation, Concordance, Ringtail, etc.
  • Knowledge of Litigation Support best practices and methodologies.
  • Above average technical skill set; quick learner of new applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to handle pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years industry experience.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing large eDiscovery document review and productions a plus.

Senior Systems Administrator - Data Center Operations

Reports To: Vice President of Engineering

Position Purpose: The essence of the job is to monitor, maintain and scale our 24×7 highly available production data center that hosts our proprietary OneO® Discovery Platform software application. The core infrastructure technologies are: Windows Server 2008 and Windows 2008 Terminal Services, SQL Server 2008, Dell storage units and Cisco ASA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, identify and isolate technical issues within a Windows Server and MS SQL Server environment.
  • Install, configure and maintain Windows 2008 Servers, Windows SQL Server 2008, and data center network.
  • Deploy updates and new features.
  • Plan and execute data center growth.
  • Plan and test recovery strategies.
  • Do whatever it takes to ensure that we maintain a high availability 24×7 operation including emergency on-call.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Understanding of and experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory & Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, DNS, OS security, and systems patching.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft TCP/IP network administration, firewalls, routers, VPNs.
  • Expertise in setup and configuration of Cisco ASA.
  • Good understanding of high availability configuration design, setup and monitoring.
  • SQL Server Administration including backup and recovery.
  • Familiarity with server failover and clustering.
  • Experience with backup and recovery strategies.
  • Working knowledge of RAID and high performance, high capacity SAN / NAS (e.g. BlueArc) storage.
  • Active Directory administration.
  • Terminal Services and TS Cluster.
  • Experience managing outside contractors for services such as desktop support, managing Exchange Server, telecommunications.

  • SQL Server Database Performance and Tuning .
  • Expertise in at least one scripting language, preferably Windows PowerShell.
  • HyperV or VMware virtualization.

Electronic Discovery Sales Executive

Reports To: Profit Center General Manager

Position Purpose:  Orange Legal Technologies is seeking experienced legal technology/litigation support sales professionals to focus on the development of new business opportunities and relationships with law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies. The ideal candidate will have a sound technical understanding of the electronic discovery marketplace, a working knowledge of the electronic discovery tasks of collection, analytics, processing, review, and production, and established contacts within AMLAW 200 Firms, Fortune 500 Corporations, and Federal/State Governmental Agencies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create pipeline of clients and prospects.
  • Review pipeline with management on a weekly basis.
  • Consistently achieve annual sales and pipeline objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Project Management to meet client and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Five or more years of legal technology services/software sales experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in assigned sales territory.
  • Two or more years working in electronic discovery-centric sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales quotas with emphasis on enterprise type deals .
  • Experience with professional sales methodologies.
  • Strong presentation skills including the ability to perform online product/service demonstrations.
  • Strong client engagement, management, and follow-up skills.•Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, with JD desirable, but not required.
