Seeking Experienced and Successful Electronic Discovery Sales Executives – Chicago, New York, and Washington D.C.

A leading provider of one source litigation, audit, and investigation support services for law firms and corporations seeking insight on electronically stored information, Orange Legal Technologies is seeking experienced legal technology/litigation support sales professionals to focus on the development of new business opportunities and relationships with law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies in the Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.  

Reporting to an Executive Vice President, the ideal candidates will have a sound technical understanding of the electronic discovery marketplace, a working knowledge of the electronic discovery tasks of collection, analytics, processing, review, and production, and established contacts within AMLAW 200 Firms, Fortune 500 Corporations, and Federal/State Governmental Agencies.

General Requirements:

· Five or more years of legal technology services/software sales experience.

· Three or more years of experience in assigned sales territory.

· Two or more years working in electronic discovery-centric sales.

· Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales quotas with emphasis on enterprise type deals (> $200K).

· Experience with professional sales methodologies.

· Strong presentation skills including the ability to perform online product/service demonstrations.

· Strong client engagement, management, and follow-up skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, with JD desirable, but not required.

General Duties:

· Create pipeline of clients and prospects.

· Review pipeline with management on a weekly basis.

· Consistently achieve annual sales and pipeline objectives.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Project Management to meet/exceed client expectations.
